Total assembly fixture:

Its function is to clamp and position the longitudinal beams of the frame, and limit the width of the frame to be assembled to the drawing size. At the same time, it limits the front and rear directions of the left and right longitudinal beams, ensuring that the wheelbase of the front and rear axle centerlines of the left and right longitudinal beams of the frame is not offset. After installing the crossbeam and making some fixed connections, proceed to the next workstation for riveting and other operations.

The total assembly fixture has a correction function for the straightness of the longitudinal beam web direction, which can reach up to 20mm. The machining and assembly accuracy of the total assembly fixture: The positioning surface error of the fixture is about 1mm. The hydraulic system pressure is 14MPa.

We currently design and manufacture integrated and split type assembly fixtures. All adopt hydraulic drive and have certain frame assembly and correction functions. The split type assembly fixture is particularly suitable for old line renovation as it can be installed on the assembly line.
