Riveting die
Riveting molds are divided into dynamic riveting molds and static riveting molds, which are respectively installed on the piston rod and riveting body of the riveting cylinder. The riveting head forms include round head, cone head, and flat head. The commonly used and standard specifications are listed in the table, and special requirements can be customized.
The heat treatment hardness of the rivet die head is HRC48-52.
When hot riveting, the heating temperature is 950 ℃± 100 ℃. When the heating temperature is high, the riveting force can be selected to be one to two gears lower.
